At Cellora, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping for our customers in the United States.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States only. If you are located outside the U.S., please contact us at support@cellorahealth.com for assistance.

Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped promptly. We do not offer custom or pre-order items at this time, so all products are ready to ship immediately.

Shipping Times

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–14 business days for most orders.

  • Possible Delays: While we aim to deliver as quickly as possible, unforeseen circumstances (such as high demand, weather delays, or carrier issues) may extend delivery up to 28 business days.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is shipped so you can monitor its progress.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
If any additional shipping charges are required (e.g., for oversized items), these will be clearly communicated at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 30 days of your shipping date at support@cellorahealth.com.

  • We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

  • If a package is confirmed lost or damaged, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of your shipping date.
